Ok so I went on a search today for some more information to share. I was looking for other ways to show you how TVI Express works. I have learned in my experience's that it is always better so "show" how more than just one person is interested and/or talking about something. I have been getting a lot of questions about TVI Express and how their team structure based compensation plan works. Although I get numerous questions about TVI Express, I feel that this one is particularly important to address. TVI has a compensation plan called the “Revolving Matrix” which allows its distributors to “Revolve” or “Cycle” through to get paid multiple times over. To define what a matrix is so you aren’t in the dark, it is a rectangular array of quantities or expressions set out by rows and columns. The best thing to relate it to would be Sudoku in newspapers. Sudoku is just made up of rows, columns, and quantities.
Ok, so why is this important to know? Well TVI Express works off of two different boards. One of them is called the Traveller board, and the other one is called the Express Board. Now, as I mentioned it allows their distributors to get paid multiple times by cycling through these boards, but it is not just one distributor that has to do the recruiting to fill these boards. It is a team game, so everyone that is on your board is playing the game alongside with you. So if there are 6 slots to fill, maybe one person fills all 6 and maybe he fills two, you fill two, and the remaining two get filled by someone else on the board.
What this means is that if your team is a bunch of lazy guys who expect everything to be done for them, then you will very slowly progress through the compensation plan and get paid. Basically you do not want to wait for that one guy who is going to change the face of an entire business. Those individuals that everyone is looking for are not very easy to come across.TVI Express designed it to just get a minimum of 2 people into your organization so that you progress through their “Revolving Matrix” compensation plan.

A few months ago, we were presented with a new business opportunity that appeared to have great potential. After having successfully built a small team and actually made money very quickly, we decided to introduce this to people outside our circle who would love to be able to realistically make a 6 figure income this coming year. The company name is Travel Ventures International (TVI Express).

Travel Ventures International (TVI Express) is an Global Internet Travel company which uses the direct selling method for the sale of its product through their "Travel and Earn" Program. The product is a Lifetime Membership to a discounted Travel Club where the members can save up to 40% on their own travel needs. Included in the membership is a free 7 Days/ 6 Nights stay for two, at a 3 - 5 star hotel or resort anywhere in the world, excluding taxes and personal expenses.
TVI Express is a very unique company in that each member of their "Travel and Earn" program also receives a home based business, at no additional costs or hidden fees, which allows them to earn an income, should they choose. There are 4 parts to the TVI Express compensation plan and this article will show you, in easy to understand language, how the members earn an income, beginning with the Traveller board.
The Traveller Board
All members make their way to the top of the compensation plan through a revolutionary revolving matrix system. The matrix is an arrangement of rows and columns of member positions within the board. The TVI Traveller board is a 2 x 3 matrix which consist of 15 positions. Unlike a traditional Network Marketing matrix, where you have one person at the top, collecting all the money from those that come in below, TVI has leveled the earning potential for everyone by reversing the traditional matrix.
On the Traveller board, there are 4 levels with 8 positions on level 1, then working your way up, you have 4 positions on level 2; 2 positions on level 3; and 1 position at the top on level 4. Each new Traveller board begins with 8 empty level 1 positions that will be filled by new "Travel and Earn" members who are introduced to the program by the 7 current members who have already made their way to the top 3 levels.
In a true team-like fashion, as the 7 members on the top 3 levels introduce new members to the program, the 8 positions on level 1 begin to fill up. In addition to all new members taking a position on level 1, their name will also show up under the current members name who brought them into the membership program. Once the board is full and all 15 positions have been taken, the person in the top level 4 position will move out of the Traveller board and in to the higher paying Express board.
Instantly, upon exiting the Traveller board, they will receive $250.00 in cash which is deposited into their online back office and an e-voucher worth $250.00 which can be redeemed to purchase another membership or they can sell their e-voucher to someone who wants to take advantage of the membership benefits or they can even make a gift to someone of a membership.
When a current member introduces at least 2 new members to TVI's "Travel and Earn" membership program, their position on the Traveller board becomes fully qualified to move out of the Traveller board and into the higher paying Express board. Also, once the Traveller board is full, it will split into two new boards, with each member moving up the matrix into a higher level. In an automated style and with the remaining 14 members, the system will first look for those members who have 2 new members under them and will place them in the top positions on the two new boards in an orderly manner. The order moves from top to bottom and from left to right, moving across both boards.
The first member it finds who has 2 new members under them will be placed in the top level 4 position on new board #1 and the second member it finds, moving from top to bottom and left to right, who has 2 new members under them will be placed in the top level 4 position on new board #2. The system will continue in this manner, looking for all of those who have 2 new members under them, and will place them on the two new boards accordingly, filling up level 3 and then level 2, in that order. When there are no more members who have 2 new members under them, the system will next look for those members who have 1 new member under them and will place them on the two new boards accordingly. And finally, when the board has run out of members who only have 1 new member under them, the system will look for those members who have no one under them and will place them on the two new boards accordingly until all positions in the top 3 levels of both new boards have been filled. When this process is complete, each new board will have 8 empty level 1 positions that will be filled by the 7 members in the top 3 levels of each board and the process starts all over again.
Each time a new Traveller board becomes full, the person in the top level 4 position will move to the higher paying Express board and will receive $250.00 in cash and an e-voucher worth $250.00. The full board will split into two new boards, and each qualified member will move up to a higher level until it becomes their turn to move out of the Traveller board. The compensation plan of TVI Express is the first of its kind, where all the members on a particular Traveller board work together as one single entity and help each other make their way to the different ranks included in the compensation plan and the Traveller board is just the beginning.
